Collection: Blueberries and honeysuckle

• Blueberries are planted in loose, light, air-permeable, humus-rich soil with an acidic reaction (pH 4.5 - 4.8). They need moisture throughout the growing season, but the soil must be well-drained so that water does not accumulate on the surface of the soil for a long time.

• In terms of soil requirements, honeysuckle is very unpretentious - it will grow well in ordinary garden soil. The requirements are similar to other berry plants: currants, blackcurrants. Only a sunny location is desirable, so that the berries come earlier, are tastier and the bush produces more abundantly.
  
• At least two varieties of honeysuckle should be planted for cross-pollination to occur.
