Tree nursery

Zaļenieki Tree Nursery - one of the largest, leading and award-winning tree nurseries in Latvia;
The widest assortment of home-grown trees in Latvia – trees with approximately 1,000 different names on offer;
The plants are intended for planting in the Baltic States, Scandinavia and a large part of Russia;

Zaļenieki Nursery was founded in 1995. The nursery office is located in the management building of the former Soviet collective farm, which is associated with various significant events in the life of the parish.

The total area of the nursery is 20 ha, of which 15 ha is currently the area producing seedlings.

We offer high-quality seedlings that we have propagated and grown ourselves – both in containers and in a root ball (jute).

The farm features a magnificent arboretum (Introduction Garden, plant assortment – around 1,500 different names), which is visited by many tourists from different countries.
